Information you give us. When you request care or apply for a job, we may collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code or county, who needs care, the type of support needed, and how you plan to pay. We do not ask for Medicaid numbers, case IDs or Social Security numbers on our website.

Information collected automatically. We record how you arrived at our site, such as campaign tags (UTM parameters), advertising click identifiers from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok and Microsoft, the referring website, the page you landed on, and basic device and browser data.

To understand your care needs and contact you about home care services or caregiver jobs; to walk you through ways to pay for care; to coordinate with your care team when you ask us to; to understand which ads bring people to our site; and to improve our website and services and meet legal obligations.

Details you share about your loved one's care are used only to help your family and are shared only with staff who need them. We never sell your personal information, and we do not send health or care details to advertising platforms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
