Pay period for Safe Hands Warm Hearts start Tuesday and end Monday. We pay our employees every 2 weeks on Fridays for each pay period.
Your managers will post your schedule on the HHAExchange+ app. At orientation, you'll be shown how to log in and see your shifts
By the 25th of each month, your manager will publish your schedule for the following month. You will work with your manager to submit time off requests by the 20th of each month for the following month.
You can access your paystubs through intuit workforce, an email will be sent to you to access the workforce account with your first paycheck. If you have any questions, please email info@safehandswarmhearts.com this item.
All W-2s are mailed out by January 31st for the previous year. You can also access them on the intuit workforce account where you access your paystubs.
At the time of hiring, you will be sent information to download the HHAExchange+ app on your mobile phone. Your manager will assign your clients to you in the app and you will then be able to clock in/out through the app. You can access all your timesheets on the app once submitted. Each payroll you can verify the hours you have been paid on the HHAExchange+ app.

All timesheets should be submitted when you are completing your shift with the client. Timesheets submitted outside of the shift will not be accepted and is considered fraud.
The following six (6) holidays shall be recognized as holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Employees required to work on a paid holiday shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1⁄2) his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all such work performed and through mutual agreement. The employee needs to start the shift on the Holiday to qualify for overtime, except for Christmas Eve.
All employees should wear scrubs when working with a client. The employee must wear a uniform during working hours unless approved by the manager to do otherwise.
Managers will provide you with a nametag at the time of orientation.
A new employee will be considered on probation until he/she/they have completed 90 working days as an employee. The probationary period of employment may be terminated at any time. The employee’s performance will be evaluated prior to the expiration of the probationary period.
At any point, an employee will not accept gifts from their clients in any way. Our employees are only allowed to shop for groceries or other things in the presence of the client and are not allowed to handle any cash/card.
Each employee maybe eligible for PTO, 401k and/or Medical Insurance after certain days of employment. Once the employee passes the probation period, management will discuss all benefit options with the employee.
